高文，中国工程院院士、北京大学教授、信息科学技术学院院长，中国计算机学会理事长，新一代人工智能产业技术创新战略联盟理事长，全国专业标准化技术委员会副主任，数字音视频编解码技术标准(AVS)工作组组长，国际电气和电子工程师协会会士（IEEE Fellow）、美国计算机协会会士（ACＭ Fellow）。主要从事人工智能应用和多媒体技术、计算机视觉、模式识别与图像处理、虚拟现实方面的研究，主要著作有《数字视频编码技术原理》、Advanced Video Coding Systems等。在本领域国际期刊上发表论文200余篇，国际会议论文600余篇。
黄维，有机电子学与柔性电子学家，西北工业大学常务副校长。2011年当选中国科学院院士，2016年当选俄罗斯科学院外籍院士，亚太工程组织联合会(FEIAP)主席，英国谢菲尔德大学名誉博士、俄罗斯科学院名誉博士、亚太材料科学院院士、东盟工程与技术科学院外籍院士、巴基斯坦科学院外籍院士、美国光学学会会士、英国皇家化学会会士、国际光学工程学会会士。
Cuntai Guan is currently a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering & Program Director, Strategic Collaboration, in the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Prior to joining NTU in 2016, he was the founding Department Head of Neural & Biomedical Technology Department and a Principal Scientist (RSE6) at the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*SATR), Singapore. He is currently the Co-Director of the NTU-NNI Neurotechnology Fellowship Program. He serves on the Advisory Board of Elite Master Program in Neuroengineering, Technische Universität München (TUM), Germany. He is a Member of National Medical Research Council Open Fund IRG Review Panel, MOH, Singapore. He is on the Steering Committee of Ageing Research Institute for Society and Education (ARISE), NTU. He serves as the Chief Scientist of Neeuro Pte Ltd, Singapore. He is also a scientific advisor to several other companies. He is a Fellow of IEEE.
Bo An is an Associate Professor and the President’s Council Chair in Computer Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He received the Ph.D degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. His current research interests include artificial intelligence, multiagent systems, computational game theory, reinforcement learning, and optimization. His research results have been successfully applied to many domains including infrastructure security and e-commerce. He has published over 90 referred papers at AAMAS, IJCAI, AAAI, ICAPS, KDD, WWW, JAAMAS, AIJ and ACM/IEEE Transactions. His publications won the Best Innovative Application Paper Award at AAMAS’12 and the Innovative Application Award at IAAI’16. He was invited to give Early Career Spotlight talk at IJCAI’17. He led the team HogRider which won the 2017 Microsoft Collaborative AI Challenge. He was named to IEEE Intelligent Systems' "AI's 10 to Watch" list for 2018.
