Cold spray, as a solid-state deposition process, is attracting increasing attention within industrial applications. However, cold sprayed deposits show unfavorable mechanical properties in the as-fabricated state as compared to conventionally manufactured materials due to the inherent microstructural defects (e.g., pore and non-bonded interfaces). Such downside limits its wide applications in additive manufacturing. The strengthening technologies were developed to tailor the cold sprayed Al6061 deposits, such as pre-process (e.g., powder annealing), in-process (e.g., in-situ self-peening), and post-process (e.g., friction stir processing). Therefore, a comprehensive investigation of strengthening and toughening was aimed to illuminate the possible correlations between the strengthening mechanisms and the resultant deposit properties.

四、主讲人介绍

黄春杰，德国洪堡学者、副教授，比利时法语鲁汶大学博士后，现受聘于德国汉堡联邦国防军大学材料技术所，主要从事搅拌摩擦加工与冷喷涂等相关研究；先后承担国家自然科学基金、欧盟玛丽居里国际合作项目、欧洲研究理事会项目及德国科学基金等课题；发表论文30余篇，授权发明专利2项；参编英文专著1本；担任《材料工程》《航空材料学报》等3个中文期刊青年编委、Coatings客座编委。
