三、摘要

In this talk, Dr. Liu is going to give a brief overview of her own research experiences. They include her DPhil project on applying latent factor models to neuroimaging data, in which she mainly developed a dimension reduction method that can improve the interpretability of latent factor models such as Canonical Correlation Analysis. She applied these techniques to explore the relationships between neuroimaging and behavioural data. The second part of the talk will be focusing on Dr. Liu's current research interests which include combining neural network models, attention mechanisms and sequence models for clinical tasks using electronic health records.

四、主讲人简介

刘张代红博士，目前是牛津大学高等研究院（苏州）医疗人工智能组的研究员。博士毕业于英国华威大学，同时是英国牛津大学与英国阿兰图灵研究所的访问博士。山东大学数学学院09级基地班校友。本科毕业后，刘张代红博士一直从事于将数学、统计方法与机器学习应用于医疗健康相关领域的研究。
