Stephen M Croucher (Ph.D., University of Oklahoma, 2006) is a Professor of Communication at Clemson University. He studies organizational and intercultural communication. He has authored more than 135 peer-reviewed journal articles in journals such asCommunication Monographs, Management Communication Quarterly, Journal of Applied Communication Research, Communication Education, International Journal of Conflict Management, Vaccines,andMass Communication & Society.He has authored/co-edited more than 15 books and given keynote addresses in more than 25 nations. He serves on the editorial boards of various journals and served as the editor of theJournal of Intercultural Communication Research,Speaker & Gavel,andFrontiers in Communication.He is the editor of theReview of Communicationand editor-elect forCommunication Monographs.He is a Fellow of the International Communication Association. He has held various leaderships positions in the National Communication Association, International Communication Association, and the World Communication Association. He is currently the newly re-elected President of the World Communication Association.
