［本站讯］5月16至23日，美国第65届神经病学年会在圣地亚哥举行，来自世界各地的近万名代表参加了会议。在美国Hartford医院访学的齐鲁医院神经内科刘学伍教授参加会议，他的两篇参会文章分别被选为大会发言和Poster展示。
　　会议围绕缺血性脑血管病的血管内治疗、癫痫遗传学、中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病发病机制研究及治疗、痴呆研究进展等国际上比较关心的神经系统疾病研究热点展开了深入探讨。刘学伍教授的论文“The New Antiepileptic Drugs  Compared with Traditional Antiepileptic Drugs in the Initial 52 Weeks of Monotherapy for Epilepsy Induced by MELAS”和“Clinical, pathological, magnetic resonance imaging features of a Chinese family with cerebral cavernous malformation induced by a novel CCM1 gene mutation”分别就线粒体脑病癫痫的治疗及中国人家族性海绵状血管畸形的临床、病理及遗传学特点进行了深入探索，受到参会代表的广泛关注。“Clinical, pathological, magnetic resonance imaging features of a Chinese family with cerebral cavernous malformation induced by a novel CCM1 gene mutation”已经被《Chinese Medical Journal》杂志接受录用，“The New Antiepileptic Drugs  Compared with Traditional Antiepileptic Drugs in the Initial 52 Weeks of Monotherapy for Epilepsy Induced by MELAS”也受到国外有关杂志的关注。
